A spacious hallway leads into a distinctive Drawing room of grand proportions with curved walls offering 180˚ lake views from the beautifully positioned glass French doors. A comfortable seating area is ideally positioned to make the most of the lake views with a TV with DVD player and music stereo feature in the room as well as a beautiful working stone fireplace and drinks preparation area. WiFi access can also be enjoyed by guests in the villa. The French doors lead out onto a sunny granite portico terrace with access to the garden and alfresco dining area. The direct lake views are impressive and serve as an ideal backdrop during long dinner parties with your guests or simply for relaxing on the sun loungers during the daytime under the radiant Italian sunshine.
A custom made and solid wood kitchen with beautiful hand painted tiles also features on the ground floor and provides all the desired appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay, including oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fantastic indoors BBQ. A dining area is also situated here and is ideal for breakfast time.
The sleeping accommodation is perfect for large families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.
Three large double bedrooms and two spacious single bedrooms feature, with the double bedroom suites offering luxurious accommodation throughout including fitted wardrobes, high quality furniture, elegant soft furnishings, parquet flooring as well as offering balcony terrace access!
The two single bedrooms are both situated on the upper floors and are ideal for younger guests who require a large and safe play area to enjoy and also a high quality of accommodation.
The villa also benefits from four individually designed fully fitted Bathrooms for guests to use. A washing machine also features in the villa for guest’s convenience also.
Outside the villa guests are just a short drive from the centre of the pretty medieval lakeside town of Argegno, which offers a pretty marina, cafes, bars, an excellent Pizzeria restaurant, grocery shop and a passenger ferry service. Nearby the beautiful and distinguished lakeside towns of Carate Urio, Laglio and Cernobbio with their peaceful charm and elegant villas and gardens can be explored at your leisure. Approximately 25 minutes away the cosmopolitan city of Como offers a wide range of designer and high street shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants, the famous Duomo, Volta Museum, Funicular railway, Villa Olmo with its year round art and musical events and buzzing Italian Piazzas.
Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello are easily accessible along the western shore and also just 20 minute’s drive away the resort lakeside town of Menaggio offers picturesque promenade walks, lovely cafes and restaurants, a popular Lido with swimming pools and a car and passenger ferry service which takes visitors to the other famous Golden triangle towns of Varenna and Bellagio.
For those who wish to sample the nightlife the clubs and bars of Como, the Lido di Lenno, the Lido di Menaggio and Passion Club in Rezzonico are all great fun in the evenings.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
