Lake Como is a particularly fragmented place and the language is naturally Italian. with such little English spoken you may miss some of the action so if you book with us then we recommend you call in at the Menaggio office and get the latest information. We would also recommend that you take full advantage of the local tourist offices as they will have very specific information for that town.

We also have a great deal of information that is not displayed on this website but may be valuable to you. When you enquire of seek to book a property then please feel free to ask. The properties are managed locally by Happy Holiday Homes of Menaggio and the staff live and work on the Lake. So they know what's going on, how to get there, how much it costs and the best places to be!
