Located in the peaceful hillside village of Perledo, along the desirable central lake, this beautiful modern duplex property provides luxury lake view accommodation for up to 6 guests.
A beautiful spacious open plan living and dining room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with a sofa to relax in front of the SAT TV and a stylish dining area for entertaining. The sleek fully fitted contemporary kitchen is perfect for preparing dinner parties with a cooker hob, oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The sloping beamed ceiling provides a charming ski chalet ambience and floor to ceiling glass doors open out onto a private lake view balcony.
Here guests can relax with a morning cappuccino before a day of sightseeing or a romantic aperitif in the evenings as the sun sets over the mountain tops!
Open tread stairs lead to the bright master loft floor bedroom which is furnished to a beautiful modern standard with double bed and bedside tables. The skylight allows for plenty of light to flood in and the cosy sloping beamed ceiling is perfect for romantic stays.
Four additional guests can be accommodated on the double sofa beds to the downstairs living room and another double sofa bed in the lounge area before the main bedroom. A newly fitted bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC, bidet and washing machine completes the stylish accommodation.
The beautiful hillside residence enjoys an exceptionally sunny lake view position and boasts an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the western shore and towards the unspoilt eastern shore. Please note that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap.

Perledo is an unspoilt mountainous village surrounded by woodland with a tranquil way of life ideal for a relaxing holiday. Going down to the picturesque town of Varenna is less than 10 minutes drive which boasts a wide range of amenities including lakeside cafe-lined piazzas, designer boutique shops, and a great choice of restaurants.
A car and passenger ferry service runs to the golden triangle towns of Bellagio and Varenna where famous attractions include Castello di Vezio, Villa Monastero and Villa Melzi. The central lake also boasts the famous visitor attractions of Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello, with their splendid interiors and breathtaking botanical gardens. Thrill seeker guests can also enjoy central lake wind surfing, abseiling, tree top climbing, paragliding and quad biking, as well as sea plane adventure rides from Como.
Como city provides a wide range of cosmopolitan highlights including the ancient Duomo, expansive Italian cafe-lined Piazzas, the boutique shopping district in the historical quarter, the famous Volta museum, lakefront parks and the palatial Villa Olmo which hosts an annual calendar of cultural events. The historical funicular railway from Como to Brunate also provides fantastic panoramic lake views and is highly recommended to those wanting a striking holiday snap of Lake Como! | |

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
