Situated to the ground floor of a modern and beautifully positioned family-friendly residence on the naturally beautiful Varenna hillside, this highly accessible property is extremely generous in light, space and comfort.
A wonderful open plan layout provides light and spacious living for you and your guests with a modern and stylish seating area with two comfortable sofas, a lovely romantic wood burning stove and a flat screen TV with DVD player for your entertainment. The sunny views can be enjoyed from the French doors, which open out onto a private garden with terrace which really make the most of the panoramic lake views!
The kitchen and dining area is also very modern, spacious and bright; offering all the desired appliances including eye level oven, gas hob, coffee maker and dishwasher to ensure you enjoy the best in home comforts during your stay here.
French doors also conveniently lead out from the dining area onto the sunny terrace.
The accommodation sleeps up to four very comfortably and is ideal for a family or small group of friends, with a sunny and generously proportioned master bedroom with double bed, a large wardrobe and access out onto the terrace. A twin bedroom with twin single beds and also enjoying access also out onto the sunny terrace also features, as well as a modern bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware which also includes a conveniently placed washing machine.
The Residence complex offers a wonderful lake view swimming pool for you to enjoy as well as resident parking spaces. Please note that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap.

The centre of the picturesque resort town of Varenna is easily accessible by car and offers visitors with a choice of lake view cafes, many fine Villas and the famous and historical Castello di Vezio; which is situated on the Varenna hillside and which features frequent falconry displays and medieval re-enactments during the Summer-Autumn time.
A picturesque lakeside promenade leads visitors to the romantic and ancient centre of Varenna which features medieval passageways, cobbled Piazzas and ancient churches. Also there are many delightful restaurants and wine bars to enjoy as well as boutique craft and clothes shops.
From Varenna a frequent car and passenger ferry service operates taking visitors to the other ‘Golden triangle’ towns of Bellagio and Menaggio.
It is advised that guests staying hire a car for the duration of their stay, to allow for ease of movement from the hillside location into Varenna and further afield if desired. | |

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
