The bright and spacious open plan lake view living and dining room enjoys a fabulous space in which to relax and entertain with a comfortable lake view sitting area with flat screen TV, a contemporary dining area and polished wood flooring throughout. The double French doors open out onto a sunny private balcony boasting direct views over the lake and the perfect spot for daytime relaxing and evening aperitifs, and the magical lake breeze in the apartment will make your holiday stay even more memorable!
A newly fitted contemporary kitchen is also situated to one part of the open plan space and provides a stylish and practical place to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. A gas hob oven and all the desired appliances, utensils and crockery are all provided for guest’s convenience.
Guests of all ages are perfectly accommodated with a wonderful spacious master bedroom furnished with double bed, fitted cupboards and enjoying views of the famous 17th century Sanctuary of Sant’Anna, and the second child-friendly bedroom sleeps up to 4 if required, with two single bunk beds, a fold out single bed and a comfortable sofa bed.
There is a separate 90sqm playroom/loft with 3 additional beds and a bathroom available.

From the lakefront property guests can easily reach the amenities of beautiful Argegno which is situated along the south western shore of Lake Como, making it highly accessible to Como city and the central lake attractions and activities.
The medieval town is characterised by it quiet ancient steeped passageways, its spectacular gorge with the gushing River Telo running through the town’s heart and its popular cafe-lined lakefront with charming piazza offering wine bars and highly recommended contemporary and authentic Italian restaurants. A frequent passenger ferry service and bus service run from the town and guests can easily explore the western shore and central lake easily by car. The central lake with its famous attractions of Isola Comacina, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the beautiful golden triangle towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna are all easily reachable and make for the perfect day trip! The vibrant city of Como also provides guests with cosmopolitan delights during their stay including boutique shopping, elegant piazzas, popular museums, trendy bars, a wide choice of restaurants and fast train links to Milan and motorways to Lugano and the surrounding Lombardy region.
From Argegno guests can enjoy spending the day at a family-friendly Lido, go cycling, hiking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, lake swimming, play tennis and golf, hire a power boat for the day and visit the family-friendly adventure parks and extreme sports club as well as the beautiful nature reserves of the Italian Swiss Lake District.
