Enjoying a great location in the popular and vibrant Italian Ski resort of Livigno this bright and spacious 50sqm ski chalet apartment provides comfortable and affordable accommodation for small groups of up to 4 or spacious accommodation for couples.
An inviting open plan living and dining area decorated in warm yellow and pine furniture provides a restful and engaging room in which to relax and entertain. A comfortable sofa enjoys views out to the far reaching slopes and a flat screen SAT TV is also provided for guest’s entertainment.
A fully equipped pine kitchenette provides all the desired appliances to prepare delicious meals during your stay with an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and dishwasher. A pine dining area is ideal for hosting lovely meals in, with views over the charming resort. To fully enjoy the freedom which comes from a self-catering stay guests can also easily reach the vast selection of cafes and restaurants in the resort.
The sleeping accommodation is spacious and flexible, ideal for either couples or small groups of up to 4 with a bright and welcoming master bedroom furnished in a twin set of pine single beds which can be twinned to form a double or separated. Bedside tables and reading lamps are provided with a full size pine wardrobe situated to the open plan living area for guest’s personal luggage.
The comfortable sofa to the living area also converts to a double size sofa bed and two additional guests can be accommodated here as and when required.
A spacious modern bathroom suite is fitted with a washbasin with vanity area, a bath tub with power shower, a WC and bidet. For guest’s convenience laundry facilities are provided in the resort.
From the property guests are perfectly placed to enjoy the full range of resort facilities which make Livigno so popular for holidaymakers of all ages. The resort boasts the most number of bars and restaurants than any other ski resort in the world so from authentic Pizzerias, romantic rustic wine bars to live music venues, Livigno has something for everyone!
The resort is also a tax free haven with fabulous opportunities to buy designer outdoor wear and equipment at greatly reduced prices compared to the rest of the EU and the ski slopes and snow board park are reputed to be some of the best in Europe with one of the best year round snow coverage’s.

For all our self-catering properties in Livigno, a mandatory Service Charge is to be paid locally on your arrival. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. The weekly service charge will be €160 if staying between 26th Nov - 5th May and €120 between 6th May - 25th November. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
The Privilege Card offers great deals & early booking opportunities for ski-passes(no queuing), ski schools & equipment rentals (free delivery to your apartment). It also offers guaranteed discounts at selected restaurants & shops plus The Wellness Centre and other activities mentioned in our brochure.
Marco, our local representative, will be there to greet you for check in, show you to your apartment, provide you with your equipment and ski pass and brief you on all the activities available to you in Livigno.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
