The bright and spacious self catering accommodation is ideal for family and friends and comprises a large and inviting modern style open plan living and dining room perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with a comfortable leather sofa, wicker lounge chairs, TV with DVD player and a dining area for 4-6 guests. A large sliding door to the alfresco dining terrace allows for plenty of light to fill the room as well as provide beautiful garden views for a picturesque backdrop during your stay.
A separate kitchen provides all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious home-cooked meals during your stay with a gas hob oven, microwave and coffee machine. If guests would like to try delicious home-cooked cuisine then the Menaggio hillside boasts some very good Agroturismos and for a wider selection a range of inexpensive authentic Pizzerias and also truly exceptional lakefront restaurants can be found in the nearby lakeside town centre and along the Tremezzina shore.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to four with a spacious master double bedroom and a second one with twin single beds which can be joined or separated.
A very spacious modern bathroom provides a power shower, wash basin with vanity mirror, WC, bidet and washing machine.
Outside the property guests can enjoy use of the private garage and sunny garden, which boasts spectacular views of the lake and unspoilt eastern shore with sun loungers and a picnic dining area making it ideal for alfresco dining and outdoors entertaining!
From Sonenga guests are perfectly placed to enjoy the local attractions and activities which include the Loveno Tennis club and nature reserve, the famous Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club, horse riding, cycling, sailing, power boat hire, volley ball and water sports. The beautifully refurbished Lido di Menaggio features a sandy beach, children’s park, large outdoor swimming pools and a lakefront cocktail lounge bar and alfresco Pizzeria.
From the vibrant and picturesque resort town of Menaggio guests can easily reach Villa Carlotta and Villa Balibianello which are located just a 10-15 minutes drive along the scenic Tremezzina shore. The other golden triangle resort towns of Bellagio and Varenna provide lovely day outs and are easily accessible on the car and passenger ferry service which operates from the town.
Other outdoor activities include the Jungle Raider Adventure Park, quad bike tours, paragliding, seaplane rides and skiing.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
