There is also a frequent Bus and Ferry service running from Menaggio, allowing you to explore Lake Como inexpensively.
From Menaggio all the Lake’s many attractions are easily accessible, with Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo being just a 10 minute’s drive away and Villa Balbianello in historical Lenno located just a 15 minute’s drive away.
The world famous ‘Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Course’ is also just a 5 minute’s drive away and is very much a highlight for keen Golfers visiting the Lake.
Menaggio forms part of the ‘Golden Triangle’ along with Bellagio and Varenna, which lay parallel to Menaggio and which are regarded as two of the most romantic and charming towns on the Eastern shore.
