Guests can enjoy the bright and welcoming tiled open plan living room which provides a relaxing atmosphere to watch TV or a film on the DVD player. French doors lead out to an alfresco dining area outdoors which can be enjoyed by guests as well as the indoors dining area which is ideal for breakfast.
From the living room a contemporary newly fitted kitchen with stylish high gloss cabinets, and featuring gas oven and hob as well as all the necessary appliances ensures, for a fabulous self-catering holiday.
The sleeping accommodation in the property is furnished to a very high standard and comprises a spacious double master bedroom complete with stylish furniture and a wall-mounted flat screen TV for guest's entertainment. There is also access out into the sunny garden. A second bedroom featuring children's bunk beds is ideal for young guests and is furnished to delight and bring comfort to them during their stay.
The property offers a contemporary and luxurious bathroom with all the desired fittings and sanitary ware, and including a washing machine for guest’s laundry.
Outdoors, the sunny mountain view garden enjoys an alfresco dining area, perfect for lovely lunches and long dinner parties in the evenings and a swimming pool with sun-lounge area also provides a wonderful way to relax and have fun during your stay here!
A few minutes by car takes guests to the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Gravedona which boasts charming architecture, panoramic lake vistas and also offers a wide variety of local amenities along its lake front promenade and ancient back streets which includes supermarkets, delicatessens, cafes, ice-cream parlours, restaurants and boutique designer clothes shops. A ferry operates from the town's harbour and a Como city bus service takes visitors south along the western shore to other lovely visitor destinations such as Dongo, Domasso, Menaggio and Tremezzo. The famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello can be reached by bus and a boat hire rental service operates from Dongo, which is also just a short bus trip or car journey away.
Gravedona also offers visitors a wide range of activities including trekking, tennis, football, a boating school, water sport activities, cycling and is ideally located just a 70 minutes drive from the Italian Ski resort of Madesimo.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
