A modernist and luxury escape for groups and couples!
Situated in a sunny and elevated hillside setting above Bellano, along the idyllic eastern shore of Lake Como, offering all of the summer attractions of the area along with nearby ski resorts for the winter months.
Bellano has escaped mass tourism, the old town centre is characterized by interesting tight alleys with medieval houses, arches that date back to the 17th century and Baroque courts. Intimate but extremely well serviced, Bellano lacks for nothing; delightful shops and delis, trattorias, restaurants and cafes, a train service to Lecco and Milan, a landing stage for boats around the lake and a promenade with fantastic lake views. The Yacht club in Bellano is the most famous on the lake and offers sailing courses for both children and adults at all levels. Within a few minutes walk of the town centre, there is a spectacular natural gorge, created after 15 million years of water erosion forming a deep ravine in the mountain.
There are many ski resorts in the region, for example piani di Bobbio at 26km. Just 6 minutes drive from Bellano lakeshore, guests can also reach the vibrant resort town of Varenna which is a very romantic and idyllic town featuring a wide Victorian promenade with cafes, car and passenger ferry service, a medieval centre with charming cobbled streets leading to lake view restaurants and atmospheric wine bars, a pretty harbour and the ancient castle keep of Queen Theodolinda and Villa Monastero which are waiting to be explored. The ferry service operates frequently throughout the day and evening to the famous resort town of Bellagio with its wide variety of boutique shops, delightful cafes and Villa Melzi gardens and on to the picturesque resort town of Menaggio which offers charming piazzas, cafes and restaurants as well as a romantic lakefront promenade which leads to a newly refurbished lakefront Lido with swimming pools and beach.
Visitors can also visit Cadenabbia by ferry to visit the famous Villa Carlotta and try a superb cappuccino or aperitif in one of the many Tremezzo cafes and bars.
The property itself is a newly built garden level apartment and has been furnished to a high standard with luxurious comfort throughout. The furnishings throughout the property have been carefully thought out with modernist light fittings, comfortable and stylish seating and modern appliances and equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
On entering the property guests are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere with a bright and sumptuous modern open plan living room with comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player for guest’s entertainment, a very stylish and comfortable dining area featuring seating for up to 4 guests and a newly fitted kitchen which features all the desired appliances for a relaxed and hassle free self-catering holiday.
From the living area glass doors open out onto a large sunny private garden which boasts incredible lake and mountain views and features a sunny terrace with alfresco dining, providing a very romantic and idyllic way to spend an evening. The sleeping accommodation is also of a very high standard and features two double bedrooms, one of which offers breathtaking lake views, and both feature stylish low-level wicker beds and modern furnishings and lighting. The accommodation is therefore ideal for two couples travelling together or families.
A contemporary and newly fitted bathroom provides a stand-alone shower cubicle, wash basin with vanity mirror, WC and bidet. The residence offers parking and a wonderful large swimming pool in a sunny and prominent lake view position for guests to enjoy.
Guests should be aware that, although construction is completed, a crane is still visible from the property and swimming pool and so a 10% complimentary discount will be granted upon booking. (This discount will not be offered in conjunction with any other offer).

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
