Nestled on the sunny Bellano hillside in a newly built residence and enjoying close proximity to the highlights of Varenna and transport links this is the ideal spot to relax and explore Lake Como from!
The spacious modern layout of the duplex property provides relaxed and luxurious holiday living with an open plan living arrangement to the first floor. The bright lake view living area features classical and modern furniture including a large sofa and coffee table and provides guests with a large Flat screen TV for entertainment.
Glass doors open out onto a sunny balcony which provides views towards the north eastern coast, a spectacular setting for you and your guests to enjoy!
The open plan layout also offers a contemporary fitted kitchen with a modern classical style dining area and ideal for a comfortable self catering stay.
Open tread wooden stairs lead guests to the pretty chalet style upper floor of the property which provides wonderful sleeping accommodation for up to three guests and comprises a spacious master bedroom with double sofa bed, modern high gloss wardrobe and high beamed ceiling. A second bedroom offering an adult size single bed, a wardrobe and high beamed sloping ceiling is also situated.
The property provides guests with a newly fitted bathroom designed to a contemporary finish with a wash basin, power shower, bidet and WC.
The private residence offers a parking facility as well as a wonderful large swimming pool in a sunny and prominent lake view position for guests to enjoy!
Guests can reach the lakeside centre of Bellano within minutes by car from the hillside location and can find a wide range of amenities on offer including supermarkets, petrol stations, cafes, restaurants and a train service to Lecco and Milan. Just 6 minutes drive away from the Bellano lakeshore guests can also reach the vibrant resort town of Varenna which is a very romantic and idyllic town which features a wide Victorian promenade with cafes and car and passenger ferry service, a medieval centre with charming cobbled streets leading to lake view restaurants and atmospheric wine bars, a pretty harbour and the ancient castle keep of Queen Theodolinda and Villa Monastero which are waiting to be explored.
The ferry service operates frequently throughout the day and evening to the famous resort town of Bellagio with its wide variety of boutique shops and delightful cafes and Villa Melzi gardens and on to the picturesque resort town of Menaggio which offers charming piazzas, buildings, cafes and restaurants as well as a romantic lakefront promenade which leads to a newly refurbished lakefront Lido with swimming pools and beach.
Visitors can also visit Cadenabbia by ferry to visit the famous Villa Carlotta and try a superb cappuccino or aperitif in one of the many Tremezzo cafes and bars.
Guests should be aware that the property is situated in a modern and high quality residence which is at present partly under construction, and as such a crane is visible from the property and swimming pool and so a 10% complimentary discount will be granted on booking for the inconvenience.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
