The open plan space feels like a very comfortable ski chalet with features including a sloping beamed ceiling, exposed brick work and a large romantic open fireplace, which creates a fabulous ambience in the colder months. The open plan dining area can accommodate 8 comfortably, with the balcony views of the lake and of the pretty garden through the other glass door to enjoy with your meal.
The inviting living area to the open plan space features comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD player for guest’s entertainment.
A mezzanine level above the living area provides a study for guests with books and a writing desk.
The separate rustico style kitchen with breakfast table features exposed brick work and authentic wall tiles to create a friendly farmhouse feel. It is of a fantastic family-friendly size and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, with all the desired appliances including a hob, oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping accommodation is flexible and spacious, with a maximum capacity for 6 guests. All bedrooms boast breathtaking and undisrupted views of Lake Como, from the fabulous floor to ceiling windows, ensuring all guests enjoy their rooms.
The carpeted master bedroom features a double size wicker sleigh bed with lovely occasional wicker furniture including a vanity area. To one wall is a beautiful hand painted fresco of a venetian view so guests can wake up each morning to a romantic Italian vista, as well as enjoy the spectacular lake views from the full height window!
A second bedroom features two antique single beds which can be pushed together to form an Italian matrimonial style double or kept apart. The lake view bedroom is carpeted and is very comfortably furnished.
The third lake view bedroom is also furnished to a comfortable standard and features two single beds ideal for children.
The villa boasts 4 fully equipped bathrooms and additional villa features include an exercise bike and a washing machine.
