This beautiful family friendly property is situated in a modern and well maintained hillside residence and benefits from fabulous facilities and an enviable location, being just a short walk from Menaggio town centre making it easily accessible to the many Lake Como sights and attractions on offer.
The property situated on the lower floor offers a bright, comfortable and practical accommodation, boasting great lake views. The layout is also ideal for a relaxed holiday stay with your family and friends with a spacious open plan living and dining room, a comfortable sofa and seating area with a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite allowing access to German, English and Italian programs for your entertainment.
A dining area and a striking fully fitted kitchen area, which includes a dishwasher, complete the open plan space. A charming open fireplace can also be used to create a lovely cosy and romantic atmosphere for you and your guests during an autumn and winter stay. From the living area glass doors open out onto a fantastic lake view terrace ideal for relaxing and entertaining guests during the springtime and long summer months.
The large terrace is part covered and enjoys a sunny aspect with wonderful lakefront views to take your breath away! Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast and alfresco dinner parties and can also keep a watchful eye on younger guests who may be playing in the garden below.
The accommodation further comprises of two bedrooms, the principal of which is a bright master double with stylish furnishings, overhead storage and access onto the sunny lake view terrace. The second bedroom is also bright and well laid-out with two sets of bunk beds which can sleep up to 4 guests and which features a desk for private computer access. Guests are able to access WIFI internet at an additional cost and should tick the relevant additional facilities box when booking.
A modern bathroom providing all the necessary sanitary ware and ideally equipped with a washing machine, also features in the property.
The attractive residence features, besides a small well maintained private garden; a communal sunny landscaped garden which comprises a large swimming pool for the guests own use. The breathtaking view from the pool is of the unspoilt eastern shore of Lake Como and the famous Bellagio peninsula. Please notice that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap.

The apartment comes with a private garage, which is part of the residence, and although guests are perfectly placed to reach the local amenities and use the public transport from Menaggio a car is always advised, for ease of movement around the lake, especially for the mountainside roads.
Menaggio is a delightful lakefront resort town which features the preserved remains of the historical hillside castle, charming cobbled back streets which lead to delicatessens and churches, picturesque cafe-lined piazzas and also one of the most romantic promenades on Lake Como. The attractions of Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
The charming resort town offers a wide choice of amenities including supermarkets, delicatessens, cinema, boutique shops and a wide variety of restaurants catering for families and for fine-dining.
Local activities include Hiking, Cycling, Horse riding in Porlezza, Tennis in Loveno, Golf at the Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club, Chartered Yacht hire, Sailing, Water sports and Children’s Mini Golf.
The transport links are also very good and reliable with a car and passenger ferry service, a frequent lake bus service, local taxi service, a seasonal Bergamo Airport shuttle service and frequent trains to Milan from Varenna, a town across from Menaggio, and to Malpensa airport from Como train stations. A bus will take you to Lugano Switzerland in less than an hour.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
