The stunning duplex property is located in a beautifully refurbished stone townhouse which retains many beautiful features throughout including exposed stone, wooden flooring, wooden shutters and sloping beamed ceilings. This romantic style effortlessly blends with the contemporary interior style and provides chic and welcoming rooms for you and your guests to relax and entertain in style.
A spacious open plan living and dining room is ideally furnished with a comfortable sofa looking out towards the lake, a stylish dining area for 4-6 guests and a modernist fully fitted kitchen to provide the perfect family-friendly living area. The cooking appliances are ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay with a gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.
French doors lead directly out onto a private sunny roof terrace which boasts a spacious lake view outdoors space ideal for sunbathing and for alfresco dining. An electric awning can be used to cover the dining part of the terrace making it ideal for all occasions.
The sleeping accommodation is perfect for medium-sized groups and families up to 4 with a double bedroom and one comfortable double size sofa bed.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a stylish double bed and contemporary furniture to complement the romantic original features. The comfortable double sofa bed is situated to a separate open loft-style bedroom which is furnished with a flat screen TV which is perfect for children or a second couple.
The newly fitted bathroom is fitted with a power shower, a useful vanity area with washbasin, WC, bidet, heated towel rack and a washing machine.
As well as enjoying the sunny panoramic lake view terrace guests can also enjoy shared access to the fabulous outdoor swimming pool, which is located in a prime lake view position across from the road at the front of the residence.

Parking can be found to the front of the entrance and guests are ideally situated for accessing all the central lake amenities, attractions and activities by car. Pianello provides a selection of amenities including a grocery shop, bus service and close proximity to some local authentic Pizzerias, a beach and Water sports club in Cremia.
The famous resort town of Menaggio is just a 15 minute’s drive away and boasts a picturesque promenade, cafe-lined piazzas, boutique shops, delicatessens, supermarkets and a wide range of amenities. A frequent car and passenger ferry service operates from the pretty town making it the ideal place from which to explore the fabulous resort towns of Bellagio and Varenna.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
