Under the charming sloping beamed ceiling a spacious open plan living and dining room provides the perfect place in which to socialise with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area furnished with a flat screen SAT TV and sofa. French doors lead directly out to the fabulous sunny roof terrace, which boasts an incredible mountain lake vista and guests are able to fully enjoy these breathtaking northern lake views each meal time if desired, at the alfresco dining area.
The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms each furnished to a high comfortable standard with a double bed in each and a luxury en suite bathroom with bath tub to the master bedroom. The second double bedroom is particularly spacious and enjoys a picturesque view with a study desk and wardrobe.
Additional guests can be accommodated to the double size sofa bed to the living are and a second bathroom fitted with power shower completes the internal accommodation of this perfectly formed holiday home.
The luxury residence is situated over many various terraces which lead up the Germasino mountainside and as such provides an added harmonious feel to how this modern development naturally sits into the breathtaking landscape. Resident laundry facilities and parking is provided and guests staying in this property have the added bonus of a private garage.
A beautiful shared sun terrace with an outdoor heated swimming pool is located to the top terrace of the residence and here guests can enjoy stunning lake views whilst relaxing and enjoying the pool.
From Germasino guests can reach the charming lakefront village of Dongo in just 10 minutes by car. A bus service and passenger ferry service operates from the village and local amenities also include cafes, authentic restaurants, shops and an idyllic public beach.
The vibrant resort town of Gravedona is just a further 5 minutes drive along the lakefront road from Dongo and in this larger more culturally richer resort town guests can enjoy a wider selection of town amenities and activities as well as the famous boat race, firework displays and free music concerts at Palazzo Gallio which take place each summer.
Local activities along the northern lake include swimming, cycling, hiking, sailing, wind surfing, power boat hire and canoeing. The popular Italian Ski resort of Madesimo is just 58km away, providing the ideal day excursion for all the family during the winter months.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
