Two indoor dining areas offer the choice of both formal and informal dining and a splendid stone fireplace fronts the comfortable sitting area providing the ideal place to cosy up in front of, on an autumn or winter’s evening.

Please note that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap.
Parking is located just to the side of the gated residence and guests can reach the amenities of the charming authentic lake village of Mezzegra in under 2 minute’s walk. A choice of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a local bakery, greengrocers and post office provide ideal conveniences during your stay and a bus service also operates from the town - taking guests to Menaggio in just 15 minutes and Como city in approximately 40 minutes.
The fabulous central lake activities are all just a 5 minute drive away and include the picturesque Tremezzina shore with its fantastic choice of restaurants, cafes and hiking trails and the famous Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta.
There are many sport activities to also enjoy during your stay including hiking, tennis, cycling, power boat hire, sailing, water sports, quad biking, paragliding, kayaking and more!

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
