The apartment is situated in a detached modern villa situated on an elevated hillside position overlooking the lakeshore and set above the lake road which can be accessed down a flight of steps and even though some road noise can be heard the convenience of this road link is undeniable in this mountainous region and will be of much use during your stay!
The spacious living area is ideal for relaxed and informal dining with a lake view dining area for 5 and a TV for guests’ entertainment.
A sunny lake view balcony is perfect for enjoying in the daytime and evenings and the sunny garden is perfect for sunbathing on the sun loungers and for children to run around, with a BBQ provided for summertime alfresco dining!
A separate modern kitchen provides all the desired appliances for preparing authentic Italian meals with a gas hob oven and a breakfast table with gorgeous views of the unspoilt eastern Lake Como shore. The medieval village of Brienno with its ancient townhouses and churches and its quiet and unhurried way of life is ideal for holidays, yet is just 25 minutes drive away from the cosmopolitan delights of Como city. Guests wanting to enjoy good local restaurants are well placed to reach the family friendly Pizzerias in upmarket Laglio, Cernobbio and Argegno. Fine dining can be enjoyed at the lake front ‘Crotto dei Platani’ in Brienno, ‘La Piazzetta’ in Argegno and ‘Il Gatto Nero’ in Cernobbio; all stylish restaurants serving exquisite Italian cuisine.
