The property boasts bright and spacious rooms with a chic and contemporary interior to add a touch of luxury and class. The open plan living room features a comfortable place to relax and unwind on the stylish sofas and a dining area makes it the ideal place to host dinner parties for up to 4 guests.
A separate contemporary kitchen fitted to a high modern finish ensures guests can fully enjoy preparing and cooking during their self-catering stay, with all the desired appliances and utensils including an electric hob oven and microwave.
Steps lead from the living area up to the beautiful master bedroom which provides guests with a stylish oasis in which to unwind at the end of a long day of sightseeing and boasting a spacious room with high beamed ceilings, a comfortable double bed and antique wardrobe dresser.
Public parking is situated nearby the residence and all of Cadenabbia’s amenities are close to hand. Guests can enjoy this picturesque and highly accessible resort town which boasts a local Lido with swimming pool, a range of local convenience shops, a very good selection of local restaurants and a local bus service and car and passenger ferry service to the famous ‘golden triangle’ towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna.
By special arrangement, we are able to offer our guests access to the fabulous swimming pool at the Lido Di Cadenabbia completely free of charge.The pool is open from mid April until the end of September/early October.
Other local attractions include exploring the historical centre of Griante, hiking up the scenic San Martino church trail, visiting the famous Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello. Central lake activities are many and varied so there is something for everyone! From swimming, golf, tennis, power boat hire, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, cycling and hiking to skiing for the day or weekend in the nearby Ski resorts of Madesimo and St Moritz.
The western shore of Lake Como also provides a fabulous scenic lake road which leads from Menaggio in 5 minutes where cafe-lined piazzas, boutique shops, a stylish Lido with swimming pools and beach and a stunning lakefront promenade can all be enjoyed. The cosmopolitan city of Como can be reached from Cadenabbia in just 45 minutes by car and here guests can shop till they drop along the bustling boulevards and explore the historical attractions of the vibrant city. A frequent train service also operates to Milan and its airports from the city and for those feeling brave the Como Aero Club provides fabulous seaplane adventures to see the breathtaking Lake Como from the air.
Lake Como is also ideally placed for exploring the fashionable Lombardy capital of Milan and the Swiss city of Lugano on Lake Lugano. The Ligurian coast is a 3 hour drive away, providing an extra element to any Lake stay in Italy with a memorable trip to the Mediterranean. | |

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
