To the open plan space is a spacious dining area, sitting up to 6 guests and a delightful place to enjoy a meal cooked from the separate kitchenette, which features everything required for a self-catering stay with a gas hob, oven, electric kettle and a microwave.
The sleeping accommodation is also very spacious and modern and comprises a very well proportioned master bedroom with a double bed and furnished with a solid wooden wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom features twin single beds which can be kept separate or can be adapted into a double if required. The views are of pretty hillside gardens with olive trees which is wonderfully idyllic. A tastefully decorated third bedroom with a single bed ideal for children and a view of the striking mountain tops is also situated in the property.
A modern and newly tiled bathroom with a bath tub with overhead shower and all the desired sanitary ware completes this first floor property.
Outside to the garden level a sunny manicured garden with a manicured lawn can be enjoyed by guests and an alfresco dining area on the covered terrace makes an ideal venue for alfresco dinner parties.
The property is situated in a peaceful residential enclave and is just a short drive away from the centre of the beautiful resort town of Bellagio. The town, situated on the peninsular at the tip of where the two legs of Lake Como branch is a beautiful town with a Victorian era lakefront lined with splendid hotels, cafes and restaurants which lead to a pretty promenade and the famous Villa Melzi gardens. Historical streets lead visitors up through the various levels of the town which are a vibrant hub ofcharming local shops and boutique shops selling fine Italian leather goods and also luxury accessories, jewellery and antiques.
