From the private garden level a spacious and informal open plan kitchen diner provides a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table and comfortable sitting area with leather sofa and flat screen TV, ideal for daytime relaxing.
A formal living and dining room decorated in lavender tones for added tranquillity is ideal for entertaining during your stay, with an opulent and stylish formal dining area and a contemporary living area with cream leather sofas, a cosy fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Glass doors allow for the stunning partial lake and garden views to become part of the backdrop and guests can easily enjoy dining or entertaining outside on the sunny balcony terrace.
During the summer months alfresco dining can also be enjoyed to the spacious sunny lake view terrace making it ideal as a summer retreat also!

From the idyllic hillside location guests can easily reach Loveno’s Tennis club and nature reserve as well as the world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club. The main road leads directly to the lakeside centre of Menaggio and also to Porlezza on Lake Lugano, so the property is perfectly placed to explore both lakes and also the small nature reserve of Lago di Piano.
Menaggio is one of the famous golden triangle resort towns of Lake Como and offers picturesque cafe lined piazzas and promenades with a wide selection of amenities and activities including a children’s park, a newly refurbished Lido, kayaking and power boat rental, quad bike tours and hiking and cycling routes.
A fast and frequent car and passenger ferry service runs from the town to cosmopolitan city of Como and also the popular resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia.
The popular nearby visitor attractions along the central western shore also include the Tremezzina shore with its bustling selection of cafes and restaurants and also Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta with their beautiful heritage and botanical gardens.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
