This townhouse is one of two duplex apartments which are situated in a private and very peaceful residence surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape which grows so abundantly on this hillside location.
The apartment (with free internet connection) enjoys a living room with panoramic lake views and comfortable sofas, Sat TV with DVD player, a cosy working fireplace and a dining area. From the open plan living room, a door opens out onto a fabulous sunny balcony where the lake views will take your breath away!
There is a fully-equipped kitchen in the property ideal for a self-catering holiday and hopefully which will inspire you and your guests to cook some Italian recipe!
This townhouse provides two comfortable bedrooms which sleep up to 4 guests plus a single sofa bed in the lounge for an one other extra guest. The master bedroom offers a double size bed which also boasts very romantic views over the lake and surrounding mountains. The second bedroom offers two separate single beds which are ideal for children.
There is one well-kept bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and basin, and washing machine.
Outside guests can relax and dine ‘Alfresco’ in the well-maintained garden and well-positioned sunny Garden, which dramatically displays a panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
The property offers a Parking space which is useful as a car is highly recommended for use by guests due to the semi-rural hillside location. Pianello del Lario is a charming rustic village offering peace and tranquillity, yet ideally situated along the western shore and close to local amenities and also to the famous Resort town of Menaggio, which offers a beautiful lakeside Piazza and Promenade as well as a wide variety of Boutique shops, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Children’s activities and a fast and frequent Ferry service which operates along the ‘Golden Triangle’ route, taking visitors to the beautiful towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio, amongst other Lake Como destinations.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
