Alfresco dining and a BBQ can be enjoyed here and sun loungers provide the ideal way to rest and relax under the warm Italian sunshine!
With glorious views towards the Lenno bay where Villa Balbianello is situated and also the unspoilt wild eastern shore the backdrop provides the perfect setting to your Lake Como holiday.
The sleeping accommodation is flexible and ideal for families and groups of up to 6 making this the perfect holiday home to fit most guest requirements. A spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and a second double bedroom is also ideal for couples. A third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a single size sofa bed also enables additional guests to stay during your time on Lake Como.
The property also boasts 2 modern bathrooms furnished with power showers, vanity mirror and basin, WC, bidet and a washing machine is also situated to the principal bathroom.
Private parking is provided for guests use and the lakefront centre of Lenno can easily be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
Lenno is the oldest known village on Lake Como and boasts a fascinating history which also encapsulates the surrounding villages of Ossuccio and Sala Comacina, making this part of the lake special in many romantic and enigmatic ways, from the beautiful bay of Lenno, the famous L’Isola Comacina to the Baroque style Sacro Monte di Ossuccio monastery which sits on a rocky crag above Ossuccio.
As well its rich heritage the charming village of Lenno also conveniently boasts a wide range of modern day amenities including supermarkets, banks, a bus service, passenger ferry service and a picturesque cafe lined promenade perfect for enjoying a morning cappuccino and a lakefront alfresco lunch.
The popular Lido di Lenno is situated along the bay and boasts a sandy beach ideal for sunbathing. As the sun sets the Lido becomes the ultimate destination for the fashionable Milanese to enjoy cocktails, dancing and fine lakeside dining.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
