Situated in a peaceful neighbourhood and close to the many amenities on offer in the lakeside town of Gravedona, this modern and beautifully decorated property offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for medium size groups of families and friends.
The sunny and spacious accommodation is situated over three floors and enjoys a modern and very comfortable layout throughout with a light and open plan ground floor kitchen diner which features a brand new fully fitted kitchen benefiting from all the desired appliances, a large dining table seating upto 6 guests and large doors which open out onto a sunny covered terrace and garden with sun loungers to relax on and enjoy a good book.
A flight of steps lead to the upper floors which feature a very spacious and stylish Master bedroom with double bed and access through French doors onto a sunny private balcony which enjoys mountain views towards the north eastern shore.
A second double bed and an additional single bed also features in the basement of the property and provides very welcoming accommodation for a second couple, with warm romantic tones and pretty furnishings.
The modern property benefits from two newly fitted bathrooms and a washing machine.
To the loft floor a spacious and well lit Living room is situated and features a luxury sofa suite, flat screen TV with DVD player and a selection of books and board games for you and your guest’s entertainment. There is also an additional double sofa bed which can be used in this space if required.
Guests are ideally situated to enjoy the wide choice of amenities available in the beautiful and historical lakeside town of Gravedona which include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, high street shops, local food market and a ferry service. The town also offers beaches, lido with swimming pools, football pitches, sports centre and popular sailing club for both beginners and enthusiasts.
The other nearby lakeside towns of Dongo and Domasso, reached by car in just 7 minute’s also offer a wide range of amenities as well as boat rental and water sport clubs.
From Gravedona the famous Italian ski resort can be reached by car in just 70 minutes and is a wonderful family friendly resort with nursery slopes and more intermediate runs for experienced skiers.
The picturesque central lake resort town of Menaggio which offers a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio and Varenna can be reached in under 25 minutes.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
