Guests can relax on the sofa and watch TV, can prepare delicious holiday meals and enjoy sunbathing and ‘alfresco’ dining in the sunny private garden, which overlooks the rustico residence and which features partial lake views towards the eastern shore.
The delightful modern master bedroom is perfect for accommodating a couple with a double bed and fully fitted wardrobe with storage space. French doors lead out to the sunny garden and additional guests can be accommodated to the sofa bed in the living room, providing flexible accommodation for small groups of up to 4.A newly fitted bathroom provides guests with a power shower, wash basin, WC and washing machine.
Inside the residence a private garage is provided for guests’ convenience as use of a car is advisable during your stay due the hillside location of Pianello del Lario.

Two bikes are available for guests of the property to use. Lake Como is ideally located an hour’s drive away from Madesimo Ski resort and is also nearby the other beautiful lakes of Lugano and Maggiore.
A wide range of restaurants are located along the western lakeshore from authentic pizzerias, romantic fine dining to rustic Agroturismos, guests can dine at a different restaurant every night of their stay if they wish!
From Pianello guests can reach the famous resort town of Menaggio which is just 15 minutes drive away and which provides the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cappuccino have some family fun in the parks and Lido or enjoy a shopping trip along the charming cobbled streets which are lined with delicatessens and boutique shops. From Menaggio a frequent car and passenger ferry service operates to the other famous ‘golden triangle’ towns of Bellagio and Varenna which are perfect for exploring. Other central lake attractions include Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and Villa Melzi; with the vibrant Swiss city of Lugano and the fashionable Lombardy capital of Milan ideal for day excursions.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
