This newly built home (October 2009) is located in a very tranquil location and has a magnificent view of the lake and overlooking of the town of Pianello. This apartment has been tastefully decorated with luxury and custom made furnishings throughout.
As you approach the home, you will enter through a gate into a sunny garden and for your dining pleasure there is a marble table to relax and dine ‘al fresco’ with a stunning view of the lake. There is a babbling brook that runs along the side of the home that will soothe away any stress. The home can accommodate up to six people with a master bedroom with custom cabinetry, a second bedroom with capability to sleep two people and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ceiling fans and mosquito screens for your comfort.
The layout is spacious and offers every amenity in a kitchen with a dining area. The comfortable living room is fitted with genuine leather sofas and a 42” Flat Screen TV with satellite. Spectacular views can be had while sitting on the sofas looking through a sliding glass door which leads you to a large private portico terrace with direct, stunning 180 degree views of the lake. Dining ‘al fresco’ is also possible on the Terrace while viewing the beauty of sailors sporting on the lake.
A custom, modern luxury bath was designed for those with discriminating tastes with a spacious shower (170 cm in length) to include a custom glass shower wall and marble shelving. Treat yourself to something special.
There is a parking space fronting the house available for guests. Pianello del Lario is a local hillside Town in an excellent location for those who want to enjoy the quietness and natural beauty of the area. The flavor of Italian living is at its best in Pianello.
The town's local amenities include a wonderful bakery for delicious fresh baked breads and pastries, a Supermarket and restaurants. Pianello also boasts of a Sports Bar, tennis courts, a Ferry Port, a long sandy gravel beach, and it is also well known for windsurfing and sailing. If you are seeking adventure, then hiking, water sports, golf, and nearby skiing are readily accessible. If you seek the quieter side, you have a babbling brook as you lounge in the sun, a nearby thicket of woods and the serenity of the lake to keep you entertained between chapters of a good novel. | |

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
