Nestled high on the unspoilt eastern shoreline of the western leg of Lake Como, this stunning residence boasts flexible and spacious accommodation, in a luxurious residence overlooking one of the world’s most beautiful lakes.
The modern property is tastefully decorated to an exceptionally high standard throughout, and boasts a wonderful open plan living and dining room with a stylish L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, for guest’s comfort and entertainment. A fully fitted contemporary kitchen complete with all the desired appliances including a kettle, gas hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher is also situated in the open plan space with doors leading out to a private garden, ensuring a sociable and relaxed self-catering holiday.
Glass doors also lead guests from the living are out onto a spacious lake view balcony which will leave guests in awe at the breathtaking views, providing the perfect backdrop to some ever memorable ‘alfresco’ dinner parties!
Guests can also enjoy the spectacular views from the sunny poolside and enjoy a swim in the resident outdoor swimming pool.
The sleeping accommodation is both versatile and very comfortable, sleeping a maximum of five. The two very stylish loft style double bedrooms are ideal for couples and further flexibility from the sofa bed to the living room ensures an additional guest can be conveniently accommodated if needed.
Two modern bathrooms complete with laundry facilities completes the beautiful accommodation.
Due to the hillside location of the pretty village of Faggeto Lario a car is advisable for ease of movement. Alternatively a bus service operates from the village. Guests benefit from resident parking in the complex and the lively cosmopolitan capital of the Lake, Como city is under 20 minutes drive away! The close proximity to Como ensures the property ideally situated for both amenities and transport, with frequent trains to Milan, a motorway to Switzerland and fast ferries to the central lake Resort towns of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.
Como city itself displays a rich and diverse history with the charming old Spanish quarter, the stunning Duomo and lakefront villas as well as being a showcase to some striking 20th century modernist architecture. Visitors can walk through the leafy lakefront park, along the romantic promenade to Villa Olmo; a spectacularly opulent venue to year round art and musical events. The funicular tram and sea plane also provide some fantastic ways of taking in the spectacular scenery of Lake Como and the vibrant city centre also offers visitors with a wide choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The excellent transport links also ensure guests can explore all there is to offer in Lombardy!

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
