The interior style is both modern and inviting with high beamed ceilings with solid wood flooring throughout, with a large beautiful open plan living and dining room ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Large French doors allow for plenty of light to fill the room and the stunning snow covered mountainous backdrop provides the ideal year round view.
A comfortable living area with cream sofa, easy chair and flat screen SAT TV is provided for guests entertainment and the spacious fully equipped contemporary kitchen provides all the desired appliances for a fantastic self catering stay with an electric hob, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher for guest’s convenience. A stylish dining area can easily sit up to 6 guests and provides the ideal dinner party venue!
From the open living and dining area the beautiful French doors open out onto a sunny private balcony with the spectacular alpine views providing the ideal background to a morning cup of coffee or romantic evening aperitif.
The sleeping accommodation is extremely versatile and is ideal for families, groups and couples travelling together. Each bedroom features beautiful high beamed ceilings and spacious proportions with the master providing two single beds which can be twinned to make a double and also including direct access also to a sunny private mountain-view balcony.
The second bright and spacious bedroom is reached by a half spiral staircase from the living area and features two single beds which can also be twinned to create a double if required. A frosted glass screen provides a contemporary wall between the mezzanine level and the open plan living area below.
The modern tiled bathroom provides guests with a power shower, wash basin with vanity mirror, a hairdryer, heated towel rack and WC and bidet.
Laundry facilities are situated nearby for guest’s convenience.
The Italian Resort town of Livigno is popular with skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities with some excellent ski runs and one of the most renowned snow board parks in all of Europe.

For all our self-catering properties in Livigno, a mandatory Service Charge is to be paid locally on your arrival. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. The weekly service charge will be €240 if staying between 26th Nov - 5th May and €160 between 6th May - 25th November. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
The Privilege Card offers great deals & early booking opportunities for ski-passes(no queuing), ski schools & equipment rentals (free delivery to your apartment). It also offers guaranteed discounts at selected restaurants & shops plus The Wellness Centre and other activities mentioned in our brochure.
Marco, our local representative, will be there to greet you for check in, show you to your apartment, provide you with your equipment and ski pass and brief you on all the activities available to you in Livigno.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
