The rustic property boasts spacious and contemporary accommodation throughout with a fabulous open plan living room with a high beamed pine ceiling and a country charm with a centrally located family dining area for up to 6 and an open brick fireplace for added warmth and ambience on cool evenings. A modern fully fitted galley style kitchen runs along one wall and a sitting area with a TV and charming wood burning stove is also provided for guest’s comfort.
The accommodation further comprises a spacious and bright master bedroom with a high beamed ceiling and pine panelled wall and open tread stairs lead to the bright and spacious loft floor which comprises a spacious second bedroom with two twin single beds.
A modern tastefully fitted bathroom provides guests with a bath tub, showerhead, wash basin, WC and bidet.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a sunny private garden with terrace and lawn which provides a lovely place to sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy alfresco dining with the stone built BBQ and gazebo covered dining area for up to 6.
The surrounding woodland views are breathtaking and feature the striking eastern shore with its unspoilt shoreline and mountaintops.
Guests can reach the lakefront centre of Cremia in just a few minutes by car. With its charming harbour, wind surfing school, cafe-lined beach, excellent local pizzeria and a western shore bus service guests can enjoy the village and also explore further afield if desired and the nearby town of Dongo offers a boat hire service and a wide range of local amenities to make your self-catering stay as comfortable as possible.
The famous resort town of Menaggio is situated just a 15 minutes drive away and boasts cafe-lined piazzas, designer boutique shops, delicatessens, a charming lakefront promenade, a family friendly Lido with swimming pools and a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio and Varenna.
The surrounding western shore provides guests with a wide range of activities including hiking, cycling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, tennis and golf. The famous villas and gardens of Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello make for perfect days out and the western shore also enjoys a wide variety of informal pizzerias, county style ‘Agroturismos’ and fine lakefront restaurants for all budget and appetites!
Lake Como has the cosmopolitan city of Como to the south western branch of the lake where a full range of city delights can be enjoyed and where fast train links to Milan and its surrounding airports can be found.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
