French doors lead from the Living area to a very sunny Terrace which overlooks Lake Como and the peninsula of Bellagio. The charming garden is set on different terraced levels, providing a total of two patio Terraces perfect for 'Alfresco' dining experiences with friends and family.
A separate fully-furnished Kitchen, perfect for preparing Dinner parties is also located in the ground floor.
To the Lower ground floor level a twin single Bedroom is provided for additional guests. For convenience a Showeroom is situated on the ground floor.
To the ground floor level a Double Bedroom is also situated and to the first floor a further 2 Double Bedrooms and 1 Single Bedroom are provided; providing very comfortable sleeping accommodation in the property for up to a maximum 6 guests. Each of the Bedrooms in this holiday accommodation is individually styled and offers elegant and very romantic furniture and Interior design.
A second modern and spacious Bathroom with additional Shower is also located on the first floor.
We ask you to take note that strictly the property is a 'NO SMOKING' area and small Pets only under 10kg are allowed but still the guests is responsible for any damage by the pets. Also the maximum guest number is 6 persons.
As well as enjoying the world class Golf course you can also visit the popular nearby Lakeside town of Menaggio, which offers many amenities to guests such as Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Boutique shops, Parks, the public Beach and Swimming facilities, a beautiful Promenade and a frequent Fast Ferry service.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
