Situated in the exclusive gated Gaeta residence, with breathtaking views of Lake Como, this spacious apartment provides comfortable living with use of a shared swimming pool in a beautiful lakefront setting.
The property boasts a lovely bright lake view living area with two comfortable sofas, a dining area and a SAT TV with DVD player for guest’s entertainment. French doors lead directly out to a sunny covered balcony terrace. Here guests can enjoy sunbathing and relaxing with a good book on the sun loungers and enjoy wonderful alfresco dining, with far reaching views over the swimming pool and across the tranquil lake towards Bellagio.
A fully equipped kitchenette provides the ideal place to prepare simple home cooked meals with a cooker hob, microwave and toaster.
The sleeping accommodation is modern and spacious and each bedroom also boasts a modern en-suite. The large master bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a bath tub to the en-suite and the second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunk beds and a power shower to the en-suite.
Guests can make convenient use of the private garage as well as the communal outdoor area which boasts beautiful landscaped grounds, a boat mooring facility and the fantastic outdoor swimming pool. Guests can sunbathe around the idyllic poolside and admire the picturesque views form the Gaeta peninsular location.
From the Gaeta residence guests can either reach the nearby resort town of Menaggio by car in under 10 minutes, or can enjoy a cycle or walk along the ancient Roam road, which leads parallel to the modern day tunnel road and leads past the ancient village of Rezzonico and the fishing village of Nobiallo which offers a modern marina with chartered yacht hire.
In Menaggio guests can enjoy the full range of amenities from supermarkets, banks, delicatessens, restaurants, boutique shops and a children’s park. The picturesque promenade and cafe lined piazza provides the perfect place to people watch and enjoy a morning cappuccino before embarking on a day of sightseeing.
Guests can relax at the family friendly Lido with its two outdoor swimming pools, sandy beach, volleyball courts, pizzeria and stylish alfresco cocktail bar or can also enjoy the mini golf, go kart track, quad bike tours and kayaking from the town. Further activities on the central lake include cycling the lake and mountain roads, tennis in Loveno and Ossuccio, golf at the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, kayaking from Menaggio, water sports from Cremia and power boat rental from Menaggio and Ossuccio to explore Lake Como from the water!
The beautiful Tremezzina shore can be reached in under 5 minutes from Menaggio and guests can enjoy the scenic lake front road which leads past the famous lake attractions which include the San Martino trail from Griante, Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo’s bars, a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, Villa Balbianello and the ancient picturesque villages which lead towards the cosmopolitan capital of Como.
A fast and frequent car and passenger service takes visitors to the other central lake attractions of Bellagio and Varenna where Villa Melzi, Villa Monastero, Castello di Vezio and more idyllic towns can be discovered.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
