The bright and spacious sleeping accommodation is flexible and perfect for both travelling couples and families, with a large master double with modern bathtub en-suite and a second large bedroom furnished with a set of comfortable twin beds which can be joined to form a double or kept separate depending on guest’s requirements.
The principal family bathroom is fitted with a bath tub, a spacious vanity area with his and hers washbasins and a WC and bidet.
A private parking space is provided with the property and guests can enjoy a both relaxing and action packed holiday, with a fantastic outdoor swimming pool to enjoy cooling down and relaxing by with a good book and all the central lake attractions and activities all within a few minute’s drive away!
The picturesque lakefront resort town of Menaggio with its charming lakefront promenade and cafe lined piazzas enjoys a wide range of amenities from restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets to convenient transport links which includes a fast and frequent ferry service to the resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia, a reliable bus service to Como city and Porlezza as well as direct road routes to Lake Lugano and Switzerland.
From Gaeta the wild north of the lake with its unspoilt scenery and it windsurfing, hiking, sailing and easy access to Madesimo ski resort, can easily be reached by the main scenic lake front road, which passes nearby the gated residence and is from where a frequent bus service operates.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
