Gravedona features a popular sailing and water sports club and has some lovely hiking and cycling routes in the hillside and to the picturesque lake front.
Gravedona is a fascinating medieval town to explore with a Spanish heritage and an annual calendar of firework displays, boat races and gastro-food festivals. The lakefront cafes and restaurants provide panoramic views with delicious authentic cuisine and children will love the gelatarias which sell freshly-made ice cream.
Lake Como provides a wide variety of activities including sailing, swimming, tennis, football, canoeing, water sports, power boat hire, chartered yacht hire, golf, paragliding, horse riding, hiking and cycling. Cultural attractions also include the famous ‘golden triangle’ resort town of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna and the splendid Lake Como villas and botanical gardens which are open to visitors including Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello.
Menaggio is just a 35 minute drive away and provides great access routes to the central lake activities and also features a fabulous family-friendly Lido with swimming pools, sandy beach, volleyball, cocktail lounge bar and pizzeria.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
