The accommodation is ideal for a family with a bright and well laid out ground floor living room which features comfortable sofas and a SAT TV with DVD player for guest’s entertainment. The spacious room leads to a sunny and charming garden room which is ideal for relaxing with a good book or newspaper whilst taking in the lovely views of the garden and lakeshore. Access from here leads to the beautiful and well maintained lakeshore garden which features a spacious lawn, mature Mediterranean planting including an ancient olive tree and an alfresco dining area perfect for lunchtime get-togethers and evening dinner parties.
The ground floor also features a spacious and separate fully fitted kitchen made from solid wood and providing all the necessary appliances for a self catering holiday including a gas hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. A breakfast table which sits up to 6 comfortably also features.
The apartment provides very comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people with the master double bedroom offering a TV, wardrobe, views to the garden and private balcony access. The second bedroom is also very bright and comfortable and is ideal for children and teenagers with a set of bunk beds a view of the garden. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 people.
A bright and clean bathroom with bath tub, shower head cable, WC, wash basin, bidet and washing machine also features.
As well as the sunny lake view garden the property also offers a garage for guests to use.
From the property guests can reach the main lakeshore road easily by car, and in 7 minute’s can reach the pretty resort town of Menaggio, along the desirable central western shore. The town offers a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, banks, bakeries, delicatessens, cafes, restaurants, bars, a car and passenger ferry service, a bus service to Como and Bergamo airport and a public Lido with swimming pools and beach.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
