This fabulous modern loft style property is situated to the second floor of a high quality residence which comprises just 4 apartments and offers a beautiful shared garden and a covered parking bay.
The apartment is situated to the second and last floor of the residence and boasts stunning high beamed ceilings throughout its bright and spacious rooms.
A fabulous tiled open plan living room provides plenty of space to relax and entertain which is ideal for a relaxed self catering stay. A comfortable modern living area with wide screen TV is situated to one area and a stylish kitchen diner with fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the desired modern appliances including a gas hob oven and microwave is situated to the other part of the open plan space.
The second floor also comprises two very spacious and bright bedrooms, the first is a master bedroom with double bed and the second is a twin bedroom with two single beds. Both benefit from charming high beamed ceilings and stylish furnishings of the same high quality as the living area.
A modern newly fitted bathroom with power shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine also features to this floor.
The modernist metal staircase from the living area leads to one of the best features of this property; the sunny roof top terrace! Here guests can relax on the sun loungers or relax and dine at the wicker effect outdoor furniture. The views from here are incredible and feature the surrounding Gravedona town and the splendid lake and mountains.
The residence also provides guests with a delightful vine covered alfresco dining area in the shared well maintained garden, which features a stone built BBQ with grill ideal for summertime lunches and dinners.
The small scale complex is conveniently situated close to the main lake road of Via Regina and as such does experience some traffic noise from time to time and fortunately this noise has been minimised as much as possible with double glazed doors and windows throughout.
From the residence guests are well placed to reach the wide variety of amenities on offer in the historical resort town of Gravedona, which is situated to the north of Lake Como and which provides guests with supermarkets, ancient passageways lined with delicatessens, clothes shops and a wide lakefront promenade lined with pretty cafes and local restaurants with fabulous lake views to serve as a spectacular back drop. A local food market opens along the promenade for the first and third Monday of each month, providing guests with fresh local Italian produce to cook and enjoy!
Local annual events to enjoy are the boat regattas, food festivals, firework displays and music recitals at the grand lakefront Palazzo Gallio. The beautiful villas of Lake Como and the famous Golden Triangle towns of Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna are also highly recommended!
A lido with swimming pools can be enjoyed as well as a sailing school, football pitches and a cycle path which runs 2km south to the picturesque resort town of Dongo where cafes, restaurants and boat rentals can be found.
Other activities along the western shore of Lake Como include hiking, kayaking, chartered yacht hire, paragliding, horse riding, quad biking, wind surfing, tennis and golf.
The family friendly Ski resort of Madesimo is also situated just a 70 minutes drive away and provides an incredible day out for all the family, with an English speaking Ski school and intermediate runs.
