The fully furnished kitchen is fitted in solid granite and provides all the desired appliances including a gas hob oven, microwave and refrigerator.
The dining area also enjoys lake views and can fit 4-6 comfortably and makes another alternative to alfresco dining.
The property provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests with 2 spacious and beautiful double bedrooms and a third bedroom with sofa bed to accommodate additional guests or for an informal sitting room. A water taxi runs a service to the famous Isola Comacina from the small harbour and guests can explore the famous sight which boasts a rich and infamous history and today is the perfect venue for a popular visitor-friendly restaurant attraction.
Nearby Ossuccio provides lake view tennis courts, a park, power boat hire and a public Lido area where sunbathing and lake swimming can be enjoyed around the Island.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
