Located on the upper floor of the residence the property is reached by internal stairwell and once inside comprises a modern open plan living area which provides both a relaxed and stylish setting for you and your guests featuring a comfortable seating area with sofa, contemporary occasional furniture and a SAT TV with DVD player for entertainment. Open tread stairs lead to the first floor accommodation above.
A dining area for up to 4 guests and a high quality contemporary kitchen diner with all the necessary appliances including a gas oven and hob and dishwasher also features in the spacious open plan layout, making for a relaxed and informal atmosphere ideal for holidays!
From the living room glass doors slide open out onto a spacious sunny lake view balcony terrace which is perfect for enjoying alfresco dining whilst taking in the beautiful lake view towards the eastern shore of Lake Como and the striking Bellagio peninsular.
Ideally the holiday apartment offers flexible sleeping arrangements to suit groups of couples and families and comprises two well-proportioned double bedrooms each conveniently featuring wardrobes and a sofa bed to the living room to accommodate any additional guests if required.
The property benefits from two modern and very stylish fully equipped bathrooms offering all the desired sanitary ware and modern tiling. A washing machine is also conveniently placed in the property for guests own use.
From the pretty old fisherman’s village of Nobiallo which features a charming leaning 13th century Romanesque bell tower, a shingle beach, marina with boat moorings. For walkers the ancient Antica Strada Regina which dates back to Roman times leads to the hillside Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Pace. The famous resort town of Menaggio is just 700m away from the village and can be reached conveniently by bus, car or on foot.
The resort town forms part of the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Lake Como, and conveniently a car and passenger ferry service operates frequently throughout the day from Menaggio to Bellagio and Varenna.
Guests will be well catered for in the town with a wide range of amenities on offer including supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, boutique clothes and shoe shops, a tourist information centre and many charming and picturesque cafes, bars and restaurants. For families the Lido offers a fun day out with swimming pools, beach, volley ball, children’s play area, onsite Pizzeria and cocktail lounge.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
