Inside the living area offers a large cream L-shaped sofa ideal for relaxing, with a wonderful wood burning stove to create a delightful luxury log cabin feel during the colder months and a large wall mounted SAT TV for all year round entertainment. From the living area a fully fitted modernist kitchen provides a fabulous place to prepare meals whilst also entertaining guests. All the desired and top of the range appliances also feature and private chef hire can also be arranged upon request.
For an indoor dining experience with a difference guests can also enjoy the 360˚ view dining room upstairs in the glass turret which features an exquisite dining area for up to a party of 10 and boasts mountain and lake views.
The beautiful sleeping accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is arranged as 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms each with two single beds ideal for children and adults.

The stunning hillside residence sits in a sunny landscaped and terraced garden which follows the nature slope of the hillside and which provides a wonderful place to explore and enjoy. Within the gardens a very large lake view swimming area with unheated outdoor pool and sun terrace features as well as a second smaller round pool ideal for well behaved children or for gentle relaxation.

The picturesque town centre of Menaggio can also be reached in a matter of minutes from the hillside enclave of Sonenga and provides a wide variety of amenities including delicatessens, supermarkets, a bakery, banks, a florists, boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia as well as to Como city. A beautiful lakeside promenade leads to the Lido di Menaggio which offers additional swimming facilities, an on-site Pizzeria, cocktail lounge bar, a sandy beach with sun-loungers for hire and a children’s play area with volleyball arena.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
