A comfortable two-piece sofa suite, fireplace and a TV provide a place to gather and socialise.
An arched opening leads through to a spacious dining room which is decorated in the same stylish manner with added oriental influences and harmonious whitewashed walls. The chic dining table is perfect for holding dinner parties of up to 6 and there is convenient access to the separate fully fitted kitchen, with its gas hob oven, Italian espresso maker and all the desired appliances and cooking utensils.
Designed and fitted to a high contemporary standard with stylish pale turquoise push-open cabinets and a marble splash back, guests can enjoy creating wonderful tasty meals during their stay, using fresh ingredients from the local food markets!

The master double bedroom is situated on a stylish mezzanine level which can be reached easily by a flight of stairs from the living room.

The beautiful second bedroom is ideal for accommodating two further guests, with two comfortable single beds and pretty furnishings to make their stay as pleasant as in the rest of the property. A modern newly fitted bathroom is fitted with a power shower, wash basin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
Guests can enjoy all of Como’s delights and amenities which are all on the door step and easily accessible on foot.
Como is the vibrant modern day capital of Lake Como and boasts a wide range of bars and restaurants from authentic Italian, Japanese to Thai; you will find it here! Guests can enjoy people-spotting with a cappuccino or ice-cream in one of the many fine cafe-lined piazzas, enjoy a day designer shopping along its ancient boulevards, visit the historical Duomo and Villa Olmo, explore the historical Spanish quarter and relax in the lakefront parks. Guests can also take beautiful walks along the picturesque villa-lined mountainous lake shore and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic lake views from the mountain top village of Brunate, which can be reached by funicular railway.
Lake activities include hiking, sailing, water sports, sea plane rides, cycling, boat hire, tennis; golf and a wide choice of extreme sports are also available.
Public parking is provided nearby for guests travelling by car and a frequent bus service, passenger ferry service and Milan and airport train service all operate from the city.
