The property can be reached by either steps or glass funicular lift and is ideal for couples. Inside a spacious open plan living and dining room invites guests in and a wide range of features are provided to ensure for your maximum comfort and enjoyment, with a sofa, SAT TV and a radio with DVD player.
A modern fully fitted kitchen features a gas hob oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher making it perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
French doors lead out onto a fabulous outdoor terrace which overlooks the residence and the beautiful lake towards the unspoilt eastern shore. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining here and relax in the tranquil woodland surroundings which make this property perfect for nature lovers.
The sleeping accommodation is perfect for couples with a master bedroom furnished with king size bed and stylish modern furniture. A double sofa bed is also situated to the living room to accommodate any additional guests.

From the street-level entrance parking is provided and guests can reach the nearby village of Oggebbio via the narrow hillside road.
The village provides a grocery shop, bars and some great restaurants serving authentic cuisine.
Nearby guests can also reach the lakefront town of Cannero Riviera which provides a good selection of amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. Boat trips to the nearby attractions and towns can also be enjoyed including Isola Bella, Angera with its ancient castle and the picturesque resort towns of Stresa and Luino.
Activities on the lake include hiking, swimming, cycling, horse riding, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, golf and extreme sports. The Swiss Ski Resort of San Bernardino is also easily accessible by car and makes for the perfect day excursion from Lake Maggiore.
Other attractions which make for the perfect day excursion includes the cosmopolitan Swiss lake city of Lugano with its elegant piazzas, designers shops and modern nightlife and the ever-fashionable city of Milan.
