The views are some of the very best with a stunning panoramic view which incorporates the surrounding central lake hillside, the unspoilt eastern shore and the two branches of Lake Como extending out past the famous Bellagio peninsular.
The property benefits from two spacious double bedrooms both fitted with king size beds and furnished to high contemporary standard with a subtle mix of homely comforts and touches such as tasteful furnishings and sloping beamed ceilings with breathtaking views of the surrounding central lake.

The beautiful sunny setting of the residence is emphasised more so by the shared outdoor swimming pool which allows guests to make the most of the wonderful Italian sunshine and glorious lake views. Guests can also enjoy lake swimming from Rezzonico’s public beach which is located by the Hotel Ristorante Sole where fresh delicacies can also be enjoyed.
The opening dates for the pool are the 1st June to 15th September 2012.
The historical medieval village of Rezzonico also boasts tranquil charm with cobbled streets, the full remains of a romantic tower and a lakefront piazza perfect for reading a book and marvelling at the incredible scenery of Lake Como.
From the quaint and utterly charming village guests can easily reach the famous resort town of Menaggio in just 10 minutes by car. The picturesque lakefront town enjoys wonderful bustling piazzas lined with cafes, restaurants and boutique shops and also provides a wide choice of supermarkets and local amenities.
Activities in Menaggio and the surrounding area are ideal for guests of all ages with the family friendly Lido di Menaggio, power boat hire, quad bike tours, tennis, volleyball, mini golf, the internationally famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, horse riding, hiking, cycling, wind surfing and paragliding. An adventure outdoors park is situated above Bellagio and just an hour’s drive away guests will reach the ski slopes of Madesimo, and a further 30 minutes will take guests to St Moritz. | |

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
