A separate kitchen is situated off from the living area and is fitted with stylish yellow cupboards, a gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience.
A bright and spacious master bedroom is situated in the apartment with a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and benefitting from direct access to the sunny balcony which boasts partial lake views of the Bay of Lenno where Villa Balbianello is located.
Additional guests can be accommodated to the double sofa bed in the living room and a pleasant modern bathroom features a bath tub with over head shower, a wash basin, WC and bidet.
The sunny grounds of the residence are ideal for relaxing with a book with sun loungers available to guests and a walkway also leads to a sunny beach ideal for sunbathing and for lake swimming.
Guests can find public parking nearby the property but most amenities are all easily accessible here on foot or by public transport. A bridge from the residence leads over the passing stream to the heart of Lenno which features a picturesque tree lined promenade with elegant villas which front onto a passenger ferry stop, lakefront cafes and restaurants and an English speaking Art Summer School. The promenade leads round to the wooded Bay of Lenno where the popular Lido di Lenno is situated and where guests can enjoy sunbathing on the fabulous sandy beach, can wine and dine at its popular lake view restaurant and can also party into the early hours with its fantastic weekly summer parties where both locals and the fashionable Milanese gather to enjoy cocktails and dancing under the stars.
A taxi boat also runs during the daytime from the Lido di Lenno to Villa Balbianello, which is situated to the other side of the bay and which is the jewel of the Lake Como Villas, enjoying a magical setting with a fascinating villa tour and landscaped lake front grounds to explore.
Lenno also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets as well as a food market and regular bus service to Menaggio and Como city. In nearby Ossuccio guests can hire a power boat for the day to enjoy the lake, play tennis in the lake view tennis courts overlooking Isola Comacina and can enjoy idyllic lake swimming. Other activities include sailing, cycling, hiking and golf. Swimming pools can be found at the modern Lido di Menaggio and adventure sports can be enjoyed on the Bellagio hillside.
