This apartment offers modern and easy to maintain holiday accommodation, and is situated in a beautiful setting, on the peaceful semi-rural hillside of historical Lenno, Lake Como’s oldest village.
The property is ideally placed on the ground floor of a newly-built luxury detached villa, enabling easy access for guests from the outside as well as inside due to its spacious and adaptable layout.
A modern light Open plan Living and Dining area of generous proportions greets you, with a fully fitted Italian style Kitchen, Dining area and a comfortable seating area with TV providing a friendly and informal atmosphere for your holiday party!
The sleeping accommodation is highly adaptable and flexible, for up to 6 guests, with a spacious and elegantly furnished Master Double Bedroom and a very charming second Bedroom with 2 Single Beds which can be left as twin singles or can be adapted into one further double Bed. A sofa bed to the Living area can also accommodate 2 further guests if required.
This apartment offers 2 modern and newly fitted Bathrooms which is ideal and very useful for a medium sized travelling party.
This delightful property’s main feature is its spacious sunny garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, with a portico terrace and outside dining area; providing a great place to relax and entertain, against a back drop of Olive trees which grow wistfully down the slopes beyond the property and which lead to partial views of the captivating Lake and the tumbling unspoilt mountains beyond.
The centre of Lenno, just 5 minute’s drive by car, boasts a variety of amenities including supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, bars and Bus and Passenger Ferry service. The lakeside promenade is one of the prettiest on Lake Como with its well kept greenery, Villas, walkways and the naturally beautiful bay of Lenno, which seductively sweeps around to display on its peninsula the true showcase of Lake Como; the famous Villa del Balbianello. Along the bay towards the promenade is the popular Lido di Lenno, which provides a family friendly beach and restaurant during the daytime and bar and club for locals and visitors during the evenings.
Lenno is also ideally situated along the desirable central western shore, enjoying close proximity to the popular village of Tremezzo with its many cafes and beautiful lakeside Park and to the lively harbour town of Menaggio with its many shops, restaurants and variety of daytime and nigh time amusements.
Due to the location of the apartment a car is advisable for ease of movement around the Lake.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
