Stunning lake views which stretch towards the western shore can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the living area.
A contemporary dining area with fabulous Stark ghost style seating and marble top table provides a wonderful place to entertain and the fully fitted contemporary kitchen featuring stunning marble finish and providing all the desired appliances is ideally placed for intimate dinner parties and more informal meals. From the ground floor guests can also enjoy the use of a well preserved cellar ideal for wine and cheese storage.
The accommodation further comprises two well situated double bedroom suites, a charming one with rustic features, modern furnishings and wooden floors to the ground floor and a very romantic suite situated to the first floor furnished with pretty tones, modern furnishings, wooden floors and boasting a private balcony with breathtaking views towards the picturesque Tremezzo shoreline.
The property further provides guests with two luxury bathrooms, both spacious and fully fitted, one featuring a whirlpool bath and the other a large power shower.
Outside guests can fully enjoy a sunny lake view garden mainly laid to lawn with an alfresco dining table with parasol and sun loungers ideal for daytime relaxation.
From the property guests can enjoy exploring the charming and lovely ancient village of Lezzeno with its stunning lake front position and beach. The village is also just a 12 minute drive from the famous beautiful and bustling resort town of Bellagio which boasts a wide choice of amenities including cafes, bars, a choice of restaurants and tourist boutique shops selling local handcrafts, jewellery and fine designer clothes and accessories.
Villa Melzi with its glorious lakefront gardens can also be visited in Bellagio and a car and passenger ferry service operates between the golden triangle towns to Varenna and Menaggio.

There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
