The spacious ground floor apartment boasts stunning open plan living areas enhanced by the floor to ceiling glass windows with views of the garden, decked veranda and beautiful woodland which surrounds the hillside residence.
Indoors guests can enjoy music recitals from the beautiful piano whilst enjoying the views and serene atmosphere, or can simply enjoy relaxing on the sofa in front of the TV with guests. A dining area for up to 4 guests is situated to make the most of the surrounding views and a glass door open directly out to the sunny lawn where wonderful ‘alfresco’ dining can also be enjoyed as well as sunbathing on the wooden sun loungers.
A fully fitted contemporary kitchen provides all the desired appliances for guests to make wonderful meals during their stay from the fresh local produce found in Cernobbio and the markets of Como.
The accommodation provides two bright and spacious double bedrooms with the master providing a gorgeous double size bed and a neutral and chic interior ideal for unwinding at the end of a busy day of sightseeing! The second bedroom can also accommodate young children with a modern style cot next to the double bed.
Two newly fitted bathrooms both with a contemporary power shower, wash basin, vanity area, WC and bidet are also conveniently situated to the beautiful property. In one of the bathrooms, there is a washing machine and clothes stretch.
A second decked balcony enjoys partial lake views and is furnished with contemporary wicker outdoor lounge chairs, to provide the ideal spot for reading a book.
From this blissful woodland retreat the centre of Cernobbio is easily accessible by car within minutes. Here guests can enjoy exploring this sophisticated lakefront town with its boutique shops, antique shops and lakefront cafes and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy a tour of the famous Villa D’Este Hotel with its famous Golf club perfect for playing a memorable round of golf! The elegant Villa Erba also plays host to a year round social calendar which includes car shows, exhibitions and refined gala evenings in its lakefront grounds.
Guests can enjoy dining at three highly regarded restaurants nearby including ‘Il Gatto Nero’ which is situated in Cernobbio, ‘Crotto dei Platani’ in nearby Brienno and ‘La Piazzetta’ in Argegno.
The cosmopolitan lake capital of Como is just a 15 minutes drive away with a bus service and passenger ferry service conveniently running from the town.
Como is perfect for shopping with its famous shopping boulevards providing boutique shopping and a wide variety of high street brands, delicatessens and cafe-lined Piazzas to relax in between shops!
A wide variety of international cuisine is also on offer in Como’s restaurants, from Sushi, Thai to Mexican and the bars and clubs offer guests with a vibrant nightlife to enjoy during their stay.

From Como transport links are excellent with a fast passenger ferry service to the central lake attractions and towns, a frequent air-conditioned Lake bus service, modern motorways to the surrounding Lombardy region and the Swiss Italian Lake Lugano and two train stations are also situated in the city, offering fast routes to Milan and its airports.
