Guests can easily dine inside or enjoy alfresco lunches and dinners, with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ for guests to use.
The sleeping accommodation is perfect for families and groups with a spacious double master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a second bedroom furnished with 3 single beds.
A modern shower room with washing machine is also situated in the holiday home.
From the modern hillside villa guests are just a short drive from the colourful resort town of Ventimiglia and guests can enjoy dining out and people watching with the vibrant centre, pretty fisherman’s marina, picturesque pebble beach and its fantastic local weekly market, located in the old town each Friday and boasting a wealth of fresh produce, local goods and leather ware can all be purchased here.
The splendid Hanbury Botanical Gardens and the Pallanca Exotic Garden, which is one of the first 5 exotic gardens in the world and enjoys a breath-taking sea shore location, are well worth visiting in Ventimiglia as well as the The Red Rocks (Balzi Rossi) Museum which provides an intriguing view at the fascinating history and beauty of Ventimiglia.
The International Chamber Music Festival takes place each summer in an enchanting sea view setting by the beautiful baroque church of ‘S. Giovanni Battista’ of Cervo which also well worth not missing.
Guests can also enjoy a day out at sea on the ‘Il Corsaro’ ship which departs from Porto Maurizio (Imperial) and which provides a Whale watching tour!
