The apartment is extremely spacious and provides luxurious accommodation over 2 floors with lift access in a luxury self-catering hotel apartment environment.
Inside a spacious open plan living area furnished with flat screen TV and overlooking the piazza welcomes guests and a fitted marble topped kitchen with dining area provides a lovely place to prepare simple holiday dishes and dine. Guests will not be able to forget the majestic views from the two sunny private balconies, which feature the gorgeous lake shore and the famous medieval castle ‘La Rocca di Angera.’ Outdoor furniture also enables guests to dine ‘alfresco.’
A staircase leads from the first floor living area to the spacious loft floor which boasts a beautiful master bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom furnished with two single beds. Both loft bedrooms feature romantic high beamed ceilings and also enjoy access out onto a sunny private roof balcony.
Additional guests can be accommodated to the double sofa bed to the downstairs living room, ensuring the apartment has a great deal of flexibility with a maximum capacity for 6 guests.
A contemporary fitted bathroom with power shower, towel rack, wash basin, WC and bidet is situated in the apartment with onsite laundry facilities also available.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
