The French doors open directly out by the sunny shared piazza where guests can enjoy the lakefront resident facilities.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted cupboards and drawers with French doors leading out to the sunny lawn perfect for reading a book and relaxing.
A newly fitted contemporary bathroom with power shower, wash basin, towel rack, WC and bidet completes this beautiful apartment.
The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi access and an onsite laundry room is conveniently situated in the building. A bus service and passenger ferry service runs from the village to the nearby towns of Arona and Stresa and further.
Arona is a vibrant commercial centre and Stresa is a popular resort town on Lake Maggiore with a fabulous bustling centre with food market, cafes, shops and restaurants and attractions including the transport and umbrella museum, the famous Villa Pallavicino and the funicular railway for panoramic lake views from the mountain town of Mottarone. Boat excursions also take visitors to the stunning gardens of Isola Bella and a frequent car and passenger ferry service takes visitors from Stresa to the other popular resort town Laveno
