As well as being positioned in a great location the property also boasts a charming living room with feature fireplace, widescreen TV and french doors which lead to a small, sunny lakeview balcony overlooking the beautfiul lakeside town of Menaggio. The kitchen and dining area offers high woodbeam ceilings, a brand new kitchen, and seating for upto 6 guests.
The accommodation consists of one master bedroom with beautiful Italianette style furniture, high ceilings and a sunny, narrow lakeview balcony. There is also a second bedroom with a single bed perfect for children or an additional guest. The bathroom offers a modern bath and all other sanitary-ware.
If you require additional accommodation you have the possibility of renting a two bedroom apartment to the first floor and/or a studio apartment which is situated on the ground floor. These apartments enjoy lake views also and are decorated in the same contemporary and characterful style!
It is possible to walk from the property to Menaggio towncentre, which is just a 5 minute's walk away and which offers all the desired local amenities and attractions of this beautiful Lakeside town as well as a frequent bus and ferry service.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
