This apartment can be reached by Lift or stairwell and comprises a contemporary style Open Plan Living and Dining area with a contemporary fitted Kitchen, breakfast bar and comfortable and stylish seating area with flat screen TV.
From the living area there is direct access onto the marvellous sunny stone balcony, which boasts views over Lake Como which will take your breath away! A truly phenomenal sight; and one not to forget with or without a good glass of wine and company!
There are 2 bedrooms situated in the property, featuring a spacious and very beautiful Double Bedroom and a very elegant second Twin Bedroom with 2 single Beds. The furnishings are both characterful and tasteful and the wooden floorboards to the Bedrooms add to the amiable, warm and welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests.
The Bathroom is equipped with all the desired sanitary ware, as well as a compact Bath and washing machine.
Guests can also have use of 'The Grand Hotel Menaggio's' swimming pool, this would be at an additional cost of 35€ per person per day, this includes sun loungers and sun screen.
The lakeside town of Menaggio boasts many local amenities which will appeal to self-catering holiday makers, including a choice of supermarkets, bakery, delicatessens, cafes and restaurants. The Lake view Piazza and landscaped promenade are a great joy to investigate and relax along, and there are many things to enjoy and try such as the locally made ice-cream, boat rentals, shopping at the boutique shops, the popular Lido with its swimming pools, restaurant, park and volley ball and the mini golf.
The nightlife on offer although not hugely cosmopolitan is varied, with a variety of bars, wonderful restaurants, the buzzing Menaggio Lido club and the famous Lido di Lenno Beach nightclub which is situated just a 15 minute’s drive away.
There is a reliable Ferry service ideally situated just 1 minute’s walk away, which leaves the town regularly for the Eastern shore tourist towns of Varenna, Bellagio as well as the western Lakeshore towns and Como city. A frequent Bus route and local Taxi rank also services the town and the western Lake shore meaning although a car is beneficial, it is not necessary to enjoy your Lake Como holiday!

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
