A dining area also features and guests can enjoy intimate meals inside or long alfresco meals under the sunshine and twilight of the outdoors balcony terrace, which provides a dining area with views across charming terracotta roof tops and towards the lush unspoilt mountain tops.
The sleeping accommodation is flexible and arranged to the top floor of the duplex apartment and is reached by the winding staircase.
Each bedroom is spacious and enjoys mountain views, with a bright well-presented double master bedroom and second large room furnished with twin single beds. A double sofa bed also provides additional accommodation for 2 further guests.

From the property public parking is available close by and a frequent bus service also operates from the town to the northern town of Gravedona and southwards to the famous central lake resort towns and the cosmopolitan capital lake city of Como.
A lovely shingle beach with picnic area overlooks the breath taking lake and provides the ideal spot to read a good book, sun bathe and swim in the beautiful tranquil waters. Musso and nearby Cremia are popular spots to wind surf and power boat rental and canoeing can also be easily accessed also in Menaggio and Ossuccio.
The popular Lido at Menaggio and Lenno also provides the perfect option for a day’s relaxation on the lake and the La Dolce Aqua Day spa in Lenno provides a wide variety of treatments and a spa with a variety of saunas and pool to enjoy.
The central lake also boasts opportunities to bike ride, play tennis, hike, play golf, horse ride and even try a quad bike tour!

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
